1. Why has one of my conversations disappeared?

   If you can't see a particular conversation, it's because the other person has deleted their account or has been blocked for violating our guidelines.

   Unfortunately, we're unable to provide you with detailed information about a specific user.

2. How can I view older messages?

   You can find conversations with a particular user by typing their name in the search bar in Messages. If you don't remember the exact nickname that person had, you can just scroll through older conversations on the left side of the messenger window. However, please keep in mind that it is not possible to recover deleted conversations.

3. How I can add someone to my Favourites?

   To add a user to your favourites just visit their profile, click on the icon in the top right corner. If there's no star icon, just click on the icon and select 'Add to favourites'.

   If you have already started a conversation with the user you can go to your 'Messages' section and click on the star icon next to the users's name.

4. How can I unfavorite someone?

   To unfavorite someone simply visit their profile, click on the icon in the top right corner and select 'Remove from favourites'.

   If you already had a conversation with the user you can go to your 'Messages' section and click on the star icon next to the users's name. It will turn white, which means the user is no longer one of your favourites.

5. Will deleting my message delete my match as well?

   As soon as you delete a message thread with a user, you also delete the match with the user. You will only be able to contact this user again if they message you after you delete the thread from your side.

6. Why does no one answer my messages?

   If you are not sure why people aren't getting back to you, it might be due to the content of your message and therefore it may be beneficial to try another approach.

   Try to be more creative and use something that will catch a user's attention. For example, rather than copying and pasting the same message to everyone you like, read their profile first, see what their interests are and send an appropriate message.

   Additionally, don't forget to add pictures of yourself of the best possible quality.
